Two Bacolod Artists to Hold Art Exhibit in Cebu

Nonon Yee and Mikiboy Pama will hold a two-man show entitled Anathema on Friday, December 11, 2009 at Handuraw Pizza along Gorordo Avenue, Lahug. Exhibit opens at 9 in the evening. There will be a performance art by Russ Ligtas and Leo Denorte, and a Hiligaynon poetry reading by Ayzee Alvarez.

Anathema is based on the artists' pop surrealist rendition of the modern societal mores. Cebu-based Yee collaborates with Bacolod-based Pama to showcase the Negrense pride in visual arts. Aside from Yee's graphite on board sketches and Pama's oil paintings, they will also stage an installation art entitled "Prusisyon".
